A Note Of Appreciation

Thank you for all your heartfelt comments about Carmela.  It’s amazing how so many who have never met her care more than the people who’ve had her since she was a puppy and could fit inside your hand.  Hard to believe Tubes was ever that small, but she was…her wee nose sticking out of their front gate.  It’s how we became friends.

I even got an email offering to pay for her altering.  Maybe it would inspire the family to keep her.

I don’t feel much like posting today.

Will be more myself tomorrow.

Thank you all for your love and concern.

Means the world.

Sincerely,

Susannah

About Susannah Bianchi

I'm just a girl who likes to write slightly on slant. I've had a career in fashion, dabbled in film and to be honest, I don't like talking about myself. Now my posts are another matter so I will let them speak for themselves. My eBooks, A New York Diary, Model Behavior: Friends For Life and Notes From A Working Cat can be found on Amazon.com. Thanks.

Life is tough and unfair at times. Take some comfort in knowing that Carmella is now going to have someone who really loves and cares for her everyday instead of just when you came to get her.

    • Was just thinking that maybe I’m pushing against something that ultimately will be a better situation for her. When I have her I let her play in the dog park where all the other dogs are allegedly fixed, watching her like a hawk just in case. And she’s so happy to be out running and playing. They don’t do that. They put her in the yard, bring her back in. The maid, though sweet, only takes her out for a few minutes. And my favorite is, they have the vet come to the house. You know how expensive that is? And do that even though it’s right on their corner, because it’s easier for them. I am just so appalled. I’ve been holding it in. They don’t deserve her.

  4. I think it’s because we get to see her through your eyes, Susannah, so we all fall in love with her too. Her owners really need to read your posts.

    • I think they’d be shocked and displeased to think I’d write about their dog. I was always nervous they’d see the blog somehow, but they’re so self-absorbed, my fears eventually quelled. Thanks David. She’s a sweet being so I’m happy to think you fell in love with her too.
